7.3 Solving More Inequalities

I can...
*solve an inequality with variables on both sides
*find a solution set given a replacement set

Review from Chapter 5
To solve, with variables on both sides:
1) Simplify (distribute, exponents, like terms)
2) Get variable terms on one side
3) SOLVE!

Replacement Set: A set of numbers from which values for the variable may be chosen.
*Simply limiting our choices.

Assignment: Page 402, (#16-44 EVENS)
